Before you start building your new basement, make sure the plumbing in your home is up to code and the pipes are in good condition. It is best that they are made of plastic with the right label. Contact a professional who will help you make instructions. You can also connect your drains to a place you want, such as a washing machine or a toilet with a shower and a washbasin.

In a nutshell how we do this job! Before we start the work we cover all the wall surfaces that can get dusty, then we find the direction and location of the pipe to be replaced, break up the concrete floor in the right place and then replace the problem area. In the pictures you can see the new floor drain and a new pipe that comes from the main drain of the upper floors, which also has new access for its service. Then put a new concrete floor that will have to dry after a day and do cleaning of the workplace. Work of this kind takes one, maximum two days. The cost of this kind of work is not cheap, so it's better to trust professionals with a license to never return to this problem again

Frequently Asked Questions

What are water pressure pipes, and why are they important in plumbing systems?

Water pressure pipes are specifically designed to handle the high pressures associated with water supply systems. They are an essential component of any plumbing system as they ensure the consistent and efficient flow of water throughout the building. These pipes are constructed with durable materials that can withstand the forces exerted by high water pressures, preventing leaks and ensuring reliable water distribution to various fixtures and appliances.

What materials are commonly used in water pressure pipes?

Typically, different materials are used in water pipes depending on the requirements and operating conditions. The most common materials include steel, cast iron, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), copper and aluminum. Each material has its own advantages and is used according to specific needs, including pressure, corrosion resistance and strength.

How do I determine the right size of water pressure pipe for my plumbing system?

It is recommended that you contact a professional plumber or engineer to determine the correct size of water pipe for your water system. They will take into account factors such as expected water flow, system pressure, pipe length and other parameters. Regulatory standards and guidelines may also be applied to select the best pipe size to ensure your water system functions efficiently and safely

Are water pressure pipes resistant to corrosion?

The corrosion resistance of pipes depends on the material from which they are made. Some materials, such as copper, stainless steel and polyethylene, are highly resistant to corrosion and durable in contact with water. However, other materials, such as steel or cast iron, can corrode over time.

Various protective coatings and material treatments, as well as protection systems such as cathodic protection, can be used to improve corrosion resistance. It is important to consider the operating conditions, water chemistry and manufacturers' recommendations when selecting materials for plumbing systems to ensure their longevity and minimize the risk of corrosion.

Can water pressure pipes be used for both residential and commercial applications?

Yes, water pressure pipes can be used for both domestic and commercial applications. They are designed to transport pressurized water in various systems including building plumbing systems, industrial facilities, commercial complexes, etc

Different pipe materials such as polyethylene, metal plastic, copper, steel and others can be used depending on the specific requirements, norms and standards. When selecting pipes, factors such as pressure, temperature, water flow volume and health and safety requirements need to be considered.

It is therefore advisable to consult with professional plumbers or engineers to select the right water pipes of the right size and material for the specific application
